If you are looking for blazing amounts of blue for a ~12k, just go for a 20k Radium and call it a day

Problem is I want good growth and a blue tint...even with my actinics on, 10k is too yellow/white

Yes you will get growth and blue tint with these bulbs. Plus it is an excellent bulbs and not overpriced. If you have actinics anlong with the MH, any of the 12k to 15k will be much bluer than 10k.
