flow?
How much flow it a good amount for a 30 long tank? What powerheads (and models) would provide good flow for a 30 gallon? I am planning on keeping lps, mushrooms, softies, and zoa's and maybe a few sps.

i would recommend 2 korallia 3's on opposite ends of the tank about 2/3 the way down and one facing the front and one facing the back, so that it makes a circular motion. i am a fan of high flow, but if you aren't maybe korallia 2's would be better (but for SPS and zoas i would say stick with the 3's) i really like the korallias because they have high flow, low power usage, and a very gentle, broad output that doesn't bash corals.
