Both are leopards, and are considered fish to be kept buy expert marine aquarists. They need a LOT of pods as well as a nice fine grain sand bed.
They are VERY poor shippers, most die in transit, and others shortly after.

I have a female leopard wrasse that I picked up at an LFS a little over a year ago. It was a teeny tiny little fish when I got it, but has since tripled in size (still maybe only 2 1/2 inches long at most). It has some pod competition from a scooter blenny I have in there with her, she often shadows the blenny while he's picking around for pods until he gets tired of it and flares his fins at her, then she'll leave him alone...for awhile. They are in a 120g display tank. Awesome fish to watch and I love having her in there. I think the best and most helpful thing about her is that she will eat virtually any food I put in the tank, thus supplementing her pod diet.

Leopard wrasse's are in the same boat as mandrin fish. they will need a tank with at least 75pounds of LR, and a fuge. best to wait at least 6-8 monthes to let your pods reproduce and get up to par before buying.

growing additional pods may not be a bad idea, and it can be done rather easily... here's a brief thread on how to set it uo.

I'll agree too with being ok to "give it a try". There's no guarantees with these guys. If you are thinking of getting one from a LFS, and they have more than one in stock, you might ask them if any are eating prepared foods as well. Getting one that is like mine and will eat various things will go a long way in ensuring the fish will thrive better. good luck
