anemones?

Iv'e got these brown anemones popping up all over my tank. Alomst a new one every day. I wonder if anybody has any idea on how to stop them or what to do?

Most likely aiptasia, which is a pest. Post a picture if you can.

if it is aiptasia try joe's juice. I used and it worked great.
