you have a dominance issue on your hands. you can try rearranging your rock work, this way no territories are established and everyone has a chance to find thier new home. also turn out the lights for a day or so, this will keep everyone calmer and hidden so your new addition has a chance to rest.

New additions to a reef are often subject to territorial aggression by established resident fish in the tank. It's ironic, though, that your Six-line Wrasse is because very frequently, they can be a nippy fish and other fish are terrorized by them. You can try indydog's suggestion about moving the rocks around, but since Six-line Wrasses are so hardy, so long as it now comes out of its hiding places when food's put in the tank, that most likely isn't necessary and eventually, it will be less put upon and will be fine.

I totally agree with Avi. Usually people are worried about how to get their six line OUT. It should settle in despite your relatively small tank. Usually aggression issues are exacerbated with smaller tanks and sometimes mitigated with very large ones.

I agree. They will likely settle down in a couple of days but you should keep an eye on them and make sure they don't get too rough.
