tiny white worms

guys, bear with me if you have answered this before but I have a bunch of these tiny white worms that have no other shape except for looking like a skinny grain of rice. They are way too tiny for the camera of mine to capture...any ideas?

JESUS THANK YOU !!! and yes they swim right along side the copepods on the glass and are virtually the same size...I have been going nuts trying to figure out if they are baby flatworms or something else....
