light schedule for new polyps?

hey guys, whats the lights on/off schedule for polyps in a Nano.
is the stock JBJ lighting okay?

Place all corals as low as you can go in the tank or as shady you can get
Then gradually move them up and allow them to acclimitize to your lights
This way you don't have to alter your existing photoperiod
