XM20K or 12K reeflux

What bulb is going to give me more growth for my SPS XM 20K or 12K reeflux?
As far as looks I must say I like the XM's better.
Thanks,

I belive the 12k Reefux. It has a higher par rating than the radiums and helios. 400w? Correct?

12K. The 20K has weak output. I just tested a 20Kxm visually compared to a 14K phoenix. The phoenix kicked the living crap out of the xm20K output wise. I mean DRASTIC difference.

Sorry, 250w I forgot to add that bit of info.
I have heard that the par rating is low on the 250w XM 20's but good on the 400w.
Thats what I have on my 180g X 3 lights and love the way they look and I get fantastic growth and love the colors I am getting on my corals.
