CL Quiet External?

I know this is a subject that gets hammered alot but heres the deal. I have a Dart on my CL and its basically too small for the application. I love the noise level though. For reference I had a Barracuda on the CL before and it sounded like a lawnmower "to me".

I'm considering going to a dart super gold and squeezing out a few extra gallons.

Anthing else I should be considering? I need over 3500gph in an application with around 5' of head pressure. My budget is $500 or less.
