dripping kalkwasser
i was just wondering how much is to much, currently i am dripping daily at about a drop a second. is this to much????

depends on what you PH is....
Kalkwasser has a PH or 12.0... If you PH is above 8.3 I would cut back your dosing... If you PH is 7.8 I would increase the dosing.. Also check your alk and calcium. Alk should be in the 9.0 range Calcuim should be around 420

Also, what's the water volume of your tank. 1 drop per second works pretty well for my 46g with 20g sump, but like Lotus said, it depends. Keeping an eye on your PH until you have a good system down is critical. I recommend a PH probe for anyone who doses kalkwasser.
