Ca and MG levels with Reef Crystals

Can you share the typical Ca and Mg levels you get from Reefcerystals directly after mixing the salt and without any additions? Do you usually adjust it to certain values before adding the water to the tank or do you just run your water changes and adjust later on in the tank?
