24/7 i used to do it opposite of display but i got lazy

Ive ran mine 24/7, opposite of my tank lights and during the day......... the best thing that has worked for me is running it while my display lights are on.

I've got more frags than anything in my fuge, so it's on a reverse photoperiod.
