Pendant Help!!!

Anyone with MH pendants, How the heck do you get them from turning sideways after you install them. I have them already hung and now I cant seem to get them to stop turning sideways instead of parallel with the tank. Anyone have any suggestions??

As long as the two holes are parallel with the tank I don't see why they should turn.
I also use something to clamp the power cord to the wall so it doesn't pull the pendant to one side.
Have any pictures?
