Skimmer Upgrade
Right now I have a Coralife Super Skimmer 125 on my 65Gallon that drives me nuts. It skims well when its dialed in, but the trouble is getting it dialed in. I just spend waaay too much time fiddling with it to keep it from either overflowing or not skimming at all. Its just way to touchy on the adjustments. Not to mention whenever I clean the pump or silencer I spend 2 days dialing it back in. I've been looking into the Octopus skimmers, specifically the 110 recirculating needle wheel ( http://www.reefspecialty.com/octopus...mmer-p-80.html ) and the 160 extreme ( http://www.reefspecialty.com/bnewb-o...ies-p-288.html ). I just want to be sure that its worth the cost of upgrading. Are these skimmers much easier to dial in and are they stable once dialed in? After searching some threads it seems they perform well and are a great value, I just want to be sure that they will eliminate the hassle I have with my super skimmer.

The 160 is the way to go between those two. The performance gains compared to what you have now will be great.
