whats the best phosphate media to run through this reactor

I have good luck using the High Capacity GFO from bulkreefsupply. weather it is the best or not I don't know as everyone has there own personal preference.

I just got 2lbs of some regular capacity GFO from them . Great prices too $20/lb vs $40/lb elsewhere.
