Red flatworms and hair algae.
I have heard in the past the having lots of red flatworms can cause hair algae outbreaks. Is there any truth to this?

I dont now if it is true or not that flat worms will make hair algae pop up.
But if you have hair algae than use phosphate remover for the hair algae. And flat worm exit for the flat worms... Even if you are showing no phosphates you have them but the hair algae is useing them so fast so thay wont show up. (Theres always a small amount of phosphates in your water, or all your corals would be dead. But thats for a diffrent post. lol) |
