uline.com is a popular place for shipping materials. I usually just buy $5 insulated lunch boxes from walmart, and then use boxes from uline that are the same dimensions as the lunch boxes (10"x7"x7") and 4 mil bags that I bought. Double bag the corals, and they should do fine (I like the 4 mil bags as they're much less likely to get punctured from hard corals or rocks).
