questions about lighting options

I am looking for help with ligting options with a new 75 gallon salt tank. I think that I want to use t-5 bulbs and I need at least 225 watts of lights for both coral and fish from what I am understanding. If you have any informaton on this that can help please let me know.

What type of corals are you considering? Different types are going to have different requirements.

If you go with T5's make sure to get individual reflectors.

Personally I have 2*250 ( double ended ) plus 2*54 T5 ( actinic ) over my 75.
