can anyone recommend an Effective algae scraper on acrylic?

I have to scrape a very deep acrylic tank - nearly 5ft - and scuba diving isn't an option. I have used the kent scraper and it's good for the upper portion but doesn't have the angle to scrape the bottom. To add more frustration, it is a bowfront. Any ideas?

Sorry I can't help with your question though.

Yah - it's a pain. The tank is about 5 ft deep and a bow to make it more difficult. It was a custom job - I didn't install it though.

You should be able to use a standard magnetic-type cleaner. You could put a slightly more abrasive pad on the inside.

There are also attachments that you can put onto the magnetic cleaner to provide more scraping power.
