Looking for T5 fixture rec
What's the best T5 fixture out there Aquatinics? Tek? Nova?
What's the consensus here? Thanks! |

Aquactinics is the best quality of the three, followed by Tek and then Nova (I'd suggest the Nova Extreme Pro). If you need some more specifics as to why, I'd suggest talking to Grim Reefer over in the Equipment forum. He's had a lot more experience with the different fixtures than most anyone here.

I have a Aquactinics fixture and love it, however don't over look the ATI Powermodule brand. People say they are the best, but with a price.

Another + for aquactinics. Low profile, low-heat operation, and intense light.

ATI is the forrunner in T5. Aquatinics second, tek is good but isn't really in with the solar flare, powermodule, constelation crowd. Then comes everything else
It is true ATI does have a waiting period but worth every day
