DIY frozen food

I am looking for a good recipe for frozen food for my reef tank. My thought was using frozen (uncooked) seafood and mixing it with 'emerald entree' and 'cyclops'.

Does anyone have approximate proportions, or any other hints in this area?

DIY frozen food is really just up to you. Whatever you feel like throwing in.
