rock n roll

hey folks,
i have finally started my 300gal build (woo hoo!!!).
here are a couple of picks as i construct my stand, the tank will be 7x30x30.the first leg goes up.i couldnt have done it without him.i will stop and see if my photos work!

ok photos work so heres some more.all the legs done(glued n screwed), now for the er cross bits. my sad old 180gal in the background cant get no love.

ok my photos are kinda all over the place, i`ll work on it. the timber i used was 90mmx45mm stuctural pine, cheap like dirt. the local hardware store dude told me to use 12 x 4x4s for the legs!!! (hello)


then i filled all the gaps with liquid nails

ok, then i used 6mm ply to skin the back n base



then i smeared it all in filler, no real reason for this but it does make it smooth n kissable.

who said child labour is a bad thing? hes done a great job

some of the bits i have collected
