WOW...Not sure of the question.....Are you taking about using cold water through RO/DI...???

First you should never use HOT water through your RO/DI unit

Using warm to hot water through your RO/DI will just use up the filters faster

Membranes get their GPD ratings at 77 degrees F water temperature and anywhere from 50 to 65 psi depending on the membrane.
Colder water and/or lower pressures will reduce the GPD output but can be overcome with a booster pump. Trying to temper or blend hot and cold water is a big no no since water over 113 degrees will literally melt a RO membrane in a heartbeat. Do not do it! Some will try to fill a bucket and stick a heater in it then run the 1/4" tubing feeding the RO through it to warm it up. This is a very inefficient method and does not work well. First poly tubing is a very poor conductor of heat or cold so the heat gain through the tube is minimal. Another is the BTUs required to heat even 5 gallons of , even if it were efficient, and it far outweighs the cost of a booster pump or larger/second membrane to increase production.
