Tang worries.
I have 4 tangs in QT right now due to ich, and a tank rebuild. My large blue tang is floating around all wierd. Standing on its nose and allowing itself to go upside down. However his color is great, seems completely free of ich, and is eating well. If I go near the tank, or put my hand in he rights himself and swims around like normal.
Is the tang just messin around or doing something normal, or is there really something wrong?

What are you current water parameters? What size is the QT tank?

The QT is 30g, has blue tang and a small coral beauty in it.
Things are not looking good. Im going to be suprised if he makes it though the next hour or so. I just did an emergency water change. Water was in bad shape. I think I just realized what happened. I decided to run a HOB skimmer that I still had in the sump of the tank Im tearing down. I let the skimmer drain, but it had like 1/3 of the water still in it. I just wasnt thinking. When I turned the skimmer on I think I released a bomb in the quarentine tank... Other fish are being moved to my other QT. Im prepping my 120 to be a QT for a few days. Wish me luck.
