Spots on mushroom

I bought a green mushroom and when I bought it, I noticed some small brown oblong spots. I thought that they were just coloration, but I have now noticed that a frogspawn that I have underneath the mushroom has developed the same colored spots. I now realize that the brown spots are some type of flat oblong shaped creatures that started on the mushroom and have spread to other corals in my tank. I have enclosed a photo of the mushroom with the spots. Excuse the poor quality, but you should be able to make out the spots. Does anyone know what they are? Should I worry? I've had the musroom for over 7 months and besides the spots, it appears healthy and spreading. Thanks for whatever info you can give me.

Thanks much Cloak. I know what I have to do now. I'll start by making myself a flatworm shiphon and see how many of these suckers I can take out before treating my tank.
