whats a good phosphate reactor

I cant spend to much. I seen some for $50 are they good ,i never had one don't know much about them.

Phosban reactor ~$50, great value. I have two, one for Rawaphos and one for carbon.

TLF phos reactor is like 39.00. I have two piggybacked w/ carbon and bulkreef supply gfo.

Current Tank Info: System 1... 100 gal Zoa tank I built, 30 gal Ric Yuma shroom tank, 30 gal mix tank my sons,40 gal softie tank, 40 gal nem tank, two 40 gal LPS tank. System 2... 240 gal SPS display attached 100 gal frag SPS only tank.

use 2 of the tlf reactors - i run mine using minjet400's with ball valves to slow the flow

i think the 2 little fishes reactor is best for value, i have a kent, i use a maxi jet 400 on it and i did get a leak, so ive had to put some bathroom silicon around it, i will get the 2 little fishes next time i want 1, however im sure that other makes are good as well

+1 on the TLF reactor with a Maxijet 400... two piggy-backed - 1st with Carbon, the 2nd with GFO

Michael, you're an electrical contractor and you said silicon, lol. Just kidding. I use the Two fishes. Good piece of equipment for what you need it to do.

make your own. PVC pipe with screw on fittings. some clear hose, a "plastic pot scrubber" for a media sponge. boom...... 4 dollar reactor. who cares if its clear. you know whats in there.

if you want a clear one. make one out of those hiking water bottles and some silicone for a few bux
