quick sump question

im making a 10 gall sump. Im putting a bubble wall into it and i was wondering if when making the bubble wall do i still keep the walls 1 inch apart from eachother? and the middle 1 inch from the bottom?

does it make a difference if im making the bubble wall in a large sump or in a 10 gallon?

I would try to make them 1.5 inches apart if you have the room. As for the height of the middle one off the bottom, I have always used a 1 inch piece of PVC ( usually an elbow, since it won't roll ) as a spacer, it is a little bit more then an inch.

Here is a picture of my 10 gallon sump that I am using on my 29.
