quiet skimmer

What is a really quiet running recirculaing skimmer?? I am in the market for a new skimmer for a new tank and it will need to be very quiet. It is a 300 gallon system and I have about 30.5" of height to work with in th stand. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm sure someone will have a lead, but I've honestly never seen a quiet skimmer. The system itself makes a lot of noise because of the infusion of air. If you're setting up a 300 G (and oh, I'm already jealous as I'd like to set up a much larger tank) perhaps your plans would allow for a refugium/skimmer/etc. located in a separate room. I've seen people with large tanks in the living room set up the filtration in an adjoining closet or room, and I've even seen one person plumb the filtration system to the tank from the basement. I'd think that the larger the tank the larger the filtration system (refugium, skimmer, etc.) would be and I haven't seen very many aquarium stands built for such a large tank with ample space underneath for equipment. The weight of the tank filled with SW would be substantial. What are your plans for arranging the equipment anyway? Where is your tank going to be placed and on what?

I have the Euroreef RC180 and that is a quiet skimmer with the eheim pump. I have had a few people tell me I have one of the quietiest tanks that they have heard I am running wheim on the return and skimmer for pumps.

anyone else?? I don't have the option of setting up in another room unfortunately. This is my second tank this size but the first one was skimmerless and it is almost dead silent. I just need as much input as possible.
