Flat worm HELP!

I have a 300gal reef loaded with corals and fish and do not want to take the risk with the flatworm exit, Toxic waste from the dying worms would at a minimum kill some corals and fish. I can see hundreds of the flatworms along the bottom of the rocks and I know there must be thousands. I have vaccuumed them out many times and they just return within a few days it seems. I cannot remove and dip each piece, it would take weeks. How can I control or get rid of them?? What eats flatworms ??

I have used Flatworm Exit a few times with no casualties except for the worms. Just make sure you can do a big water change within 2 hours of using it. My corals get mad for a few days but that's it. Fish have never seemed to notice.

I had a terrible case of flatworms about a month ago. My 6-Line did not touch them. I used flatworm exit with great success. I also heard that the Blue Velvet Slug does a good job on them.
Good luck

There is 2 six line wrasses in the tank and they won't touch the flat worms. Thousands and thousands of $$$ in corals and I heard that flatworm death is extremely toxic, but I may try the flatworm exit. I think first a good vaccuum and a couple of Velvet Nudi's

You are right... oncee they flatworms die.. they can break apart very very easily which will release a very toxic waste into the water. As soon as you see the flatworm dead on the bottom or on a rock siphon it out asap!!! Flatworm exit works great... a Six Line is hit or miss. It may take awhile to siphon them all out.. but you must do it. Nothing will eat the dead flatworms either. Make sure to do a WC after each treatment.. and you can double and tripple the treatments too. Run good carbon.. ESV works great. Good luck!
