Good first corals. I would keep the Xenia, the GSP and the kenya tree seperate from any other rocks as these corals have a tendencacy to grow very fast and become overwelming.

As stated above, you got two of probably the most fast spreading corals out there...put some forethought into where u place them as they can (and probably will) get out of hand

I purposly got those three corals on the part that I can trade them later for more expensive coral. Don't have a lot of dough.

As was stated, the GSP will spread QUICKLY. Make sure to keep it away from rocks you don't want it to grow onto.

Xenia will also spread quickly so take the same precautions. However, Xenia are also able to drop polyps that will float around, land and start a new colony.

Your idea of getting these to later trade for more expensive corals may work...but doubtful. Most people with "more expensive corals" have already been through the Xenia and GSP and now want to keep it OUT of their tanks...lol.

You should put some of the xenia in your fuge, they are also good for nutrient export like macro.

Ahhh I see. In that case, you may do well. Xenia are usually in high demand at LFS, as is GPS, since it's a "staple" coral.

The pics of the Rainbow shroom and Rics are beautiful!!

Well here is a full tank shot. I know it does not seem like much considering I don't have any live rock but I am curing about 90 lbs in my garage. My picture taking skills of my entire tank are horrible so here is the best I could get. don't mind the brown algae I just have to replace the bulb on my uv.
