He was there one day and gone a few days later...YIKES!!

My beloved CBB... He was healthy and fat. My guess is something must have happened and the scavengers got him. Too bad, he rid my tank of aiptasia.

That's too bad. How long had you had it? I've tried a couple of them, but they never last more than a few months regardless of how much attention I put into feeding and acclimation.

I have always kept one and NEVER ran into this. My last tank was a 180g and I had a harem of Anthias. One disappeared never to return. Never did find her again.

I do have a serpent starfish and many blue legs. Maybe they schemed a plan?!?

I had one for a few months and then went on vacation for a week the summer before last. He was fine when we left and gone without a trace when we got back . My sister in law who was taking care of the tank had not noticed him missing. Don't know if he died and the scavengers got him or he jumped and the dog got him.

I have done a 5 gal water change (about 17%) every week since week one. Hopefully having this posted here will motivate me enough to keep doing so.

Current Tank Info: 33L, Two 36" 24 watt Marineland LED's, Tunze 9002 Skimmer, 2 Koralia 1's, pico hob filter for carbon.
