Exclamation Question about my refugium

Hello, their
I want to know, why is muy refugium is changing color. it is brown and it seem to be ugly.

It is most likely algae/diatoms. This is a good thing, you want all of this ugly/nasty algae in your refugium rather than your display tank!

well, i when to the fish place and told me that was bad, is bacteria

It could be algae or it could be cyano which is a bacteria. In any case you want it in the fuge instead of the main tank. If you have a way to filter the output from the fuge, install fitration and scrub/turkey baster the fuge to get in suspension and filtered out. Floss and filter sponges used very short term really work for this problem.
