Pump?MH?

Hello all!
I have just a quick question.
My tank is a 220 so its 30" deep.
What should I use for lighting?250w or 400w 14k MH?

Also.My 150 gal sump is in the basement.looking at around 30' of length and about 8' height.What would be the best pump for this?Mag drive or external like a Hammerhead etc?

Depends on what you want in your tank.
If you are going sps, I'd say go with the 400 watt, otherwise go with the 250 watt mh.
Def. go with a external return pump.
