Good reef Literature

I would like to find a great detailed book on reefkeeping that explains everything about pH, Calcium, Alk, Mg, nitrates, nitrites, dosing.

Pretty much something that explains everything we test for to ensure perfect water quality.

Well Anthony Calfo's book are superb for this and everything else. Online, Randy's articles (check chemistry forum) and superb.
