Switching From Instant Ocean to Reef Crystals

Since im keeping more & more LPS & SPS in my aquarium, i need to keep a higher value of magnesium & calcium, IO salt is very low wich causes me to have to buffer too often..

since this tank has been running on IO for 5 years, would it hurt to switch to Reef Crystals salt ?

it says on the bucket that RC salt contains ''Metal De-toxifiers''
would this stress or kill my fish since IO salt does not contain this ?

you will have no problems at all. Go ahead and switch.
