170 gallon 36in tall lighting?

i was wondering if my lighting was good enough in my tank to run corals of any kind. i currently have three 250 watt mhs 14k and two 110 watt vhos.

what do you guys think i should run?

I don't think 250 w MH is enough for you to put any light demanding corals on the sand bed, but anything halfway to top should be fine.
