The Toledo Zoo has one of these in their main reef display. It started out as a small nuisance, and now they can't keep clams in the display because it eats them. It's probably one of the scariest things you'll ever see. It slurps down xenia like spaghetti. It's called a bobbit worm, and it's one of the worst members of the Eunicidae family you could have.

Yep, they're both members of the Polychaeta class. (Poly- meaning "many" and -chaeta meaning "bristle")

Possibly. Here's a good place to start: http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2003-03/rs/index.php

I just found a video of a bobbit worm, and it's creeping me out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkUSx6aQGXU
