Good enough lighting?
it's for a 55 fowlr then reef later
coralwise, zoanthids, favias, acropora, xenia, just beginner corals will this be sufficient?

That will allow you to have just about whatever you want, certainly everything on your list. You will likely want to trade out the bulbs later. Ask Grim in the lighting forum - or just read through his T5 thread and you'll have your questions answered.

If you can upgrade to a TEK or TX5. Will be worth the money., but the NEP is good too-just a bit entry level. You will want to replace it after a while.

those lights are fine. I use them on my 55 gallon reef. And it's and SPS dominant tank, with an anemone living on the sand bed.
