is it possible

I think I figured out my tests. My tank is going though a cycle but ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates are high at the same time. is that normal.

for some time they will be spikes will happen now and then but over time they should go down do some water changes

Right now you only need to test for ammonia, till it hits 0. Then test for Nitrites till they hit 0. Then nitrates til they lower significantly.
