where to buy acrylic advesive?

wondering where i can purchase weld on or some other version of acrylic adhesive. I am trying to build a probe holder and need to adhere some small pieces. can i use silicone since there will be little, if any, stress on the joints?

I would use Weld On acrylic glue. You can find it at your local plastic/acrylic supply store. You can also visit one of the many online retailers that would be happy to ship it to your front door. Here's one http://www.ridoutplastics.com/adandcem.html

OK I got a pint sized jar of weld on locally. Can someone point me in the direction of a good DIY acrylic work article?

home depot has a silicone formulated for plastic. I just used it and we will see if it holds up.

I used aquarium safe silicon for my makeshift refugium to hold my return pump up off the substrate and its been there since November. I actually made it too well and I wasn't getting enough water to the return pump so I had to pull a side wall off and that was hard to do.

I'm going to be using a combination of silicon and weld-on to glue my over flow box to my 40 breeder.
