How long do you run your carbon reactor?

Just hooked mine up today. Powered by a mj600, so i'm not getting a ton of flow into it. about 100g of water in combined display/sump.

For maximum turnover of tank, should I run it 24/7?, put it on a timer?

And how frequently do you change the carbon?

Finally, I'm dosing now about 3ml vodka/day. Should I stop this with the carbon reactor?

i run mine 24hrs. aday. i change my carbon every week.

I do 24/7 and changed every couple of weeks.
