Phosban Reactor Assembly Question
Speaking only of the internal components (not the black plastic "lid" part)....
I know how the bottom is supposed to go, but I've seen the top part put together both ways - sponge below red plastic thing, and sponge on top of red plastic thing. Is either way okay? Is one better than the other??

That's how I did it this time, but I have a second one that is opposite. Just wondering if I *have* to change it or not.
