Wanted: Reliable Timer for 250W MH

I've got a new ACjr/DC8 and have yet to get it up and running smoothly.
Using it with a Spectra fixture (3x250W MH, 4x80W T5's) and want to run the extended, coated cable (4 wires) through the wall.
I think that interference may be the main issue, so if this fails i need a good digital wall timer(s).

I'm reading-up on a Aube timer, and wonder if anyone's using them, as they look pretty good.
Thanks for your help.

not following, the DC8 isnt subject to interference... it should control it all fine.
