Something growing on LR. Any idea?

Not sure what these are that are growing on the underside of this piece of rock. I have been watching them grow for the last month and just want to make sure I'm not caring for something that is not supposed to be there. This piece of LR had a few Zoos on it when I got it but they didnt like something in my setup and just withered away. But now that my tank is fully cycled I think things are starting to grow back. Could they be Zoo's or is it too early to tell?

Here is a pic. I hope

Looks like scypha sponges. Perfectly harmless filter feeders.

They eat phosphates. They will start to disappear as the tank cycles.
