bristol worm
i found a what i think is a bristol worm and cant identify it as good or bad should i just remove it and also where did it come from

Unless it's as big around as a pencil it's fine. They're scavengers. Just don't touch them with bare hands, the little hairs will irritate skin.

even the large ones are detrivores - they just eat more. good advice about not handling them. another good reason to wear gloves
