Sump pump noise

I have a AquaEuroUSA EU-1630 submersible pump for my return from my sump. It seems to be quite loud, sounds like an old dishwasher running (minus the water sounds). It has little rubber feet on it but they don't really help. Have you guys found any ways to quiet your pumps down?

Has it always done this? How old is it? Have you cleaned it? Maybe you need a new impeller.

It is a new pump and has always done it. I have only had it running about a week and I am getting complaints from the boss.

Hope it didn't get a bad impeller from the factory.

Better keep the boss happy. I don't have experience with that pump. Since it's new, ya might want to call them. See if they have any suggestions.
