Clowns ignore the anemone in light
Hi guys, another new poster/new hobbyist here. This question is actually why I registered, since google hasn't really been a great help to me.
I have 4 perculas that have been exhibiting (what seems to be) strange behavior. When my tank lights are on (2x 10k 50/50 bulbs 2x 10k actinic) my clowns simply swim right past my sebae anemone as if it doesn't exist. They'll swim above it, around it, but never in it. However once the lights go out, BAM, they shoot right in. It's quite entertaining, but kind of a bummer as I'd like to see them host it in full view (i.e. while the tank is so dark, i can barely see them in it) anyone else observe this behavior in clowns? Or are mine just special |

just give it time.... clowns do funny things sometimes, if they're already hosting at night... then they'll host 24/7 soon.
