decorator crab
So these guy are like way rad!!! My question is how far does the destruction go? Do they pick at corals all day long? Do any reefers risk their actions? Why do they sell them in the store if people are not willing to let them do a little damage? The real question is does anyone have one or a pair in their reef that could leave a note here?????

I had one cut the head off of a leather that was in my tank for almost 2 years. The coral was dime sized when I got it and softball sized just last week. The 1/2" crab found his way in on some LR recently and traded his sponge for my coral. Unfortunately he flipped the coral over before sticking it to himself, so it is almost ruined. He was kind of cool to watch for the three days prior to that though, fwiw

I've posted this pic before. Yes, he's in a bucket being transported to a friend's tank. He was getting way to big for my tank. I was scared to death of it lol

In other words a good idea would be to let them destroy corals in the ocean rather than a home tank. yup, throw that idea out. sure are cool though
