Replacing bulb for a Sunpod

Just bought the 150w Current USA Sunpod. I have been reading and they say to change the stock bulb.

What should I get?

I have the same light. and i have liked the phoenix14k and im useing the AB20k now and like it also

i used the phoenix 14k with them and it was a major improvement. the phoenix in the sunpod is more blue then i get with a bluewave 7 ballast, but its much nicer than the stock bulb and creates a nice color without actinic supplementation.
