Sicce Multi 5800 for return pump any good?

Hi there,

I am aftering a external return pump that gives me around 3500-4000L @ 1.5meter

Currently i have been looking at the Sicce Multi 5800 which seems to do the job, any suggestion?

http://www.sicce.com/foto/prodotti_allegati_71.pdf

Oh yea and i need it to be quiet and doesn't generate much heat to the water.

Thanks~

Welcome to Reef Central I have heard that Sicce make very good return pumps. Though I have never seen that one. Are you in the states or across the pond?

Nah not in the states, wish that i was so i can just order a Reeflo that everybody here seems to use. I can't find any free freight onlinestore around that stock Reeflo (And the freight cost pretty much the same as the pump if i am going to order it from the states and send it back home)

After a good hunt around i can find Sicce Mulit 5800 and Eheim compact + 5000 that should do what i want. Any suggestions? (I would rather go for the sicce if it does the job because the eheim is 40% more expensive..)

Thanks for your suggestions

I do not think that they are available in the states.
